4. Image Data & AI Processing

Processing: When you upload images to PhotoZum, they are processed by our AI algorithms (powered in part by OpenAI and other providers) to generate the enhanced versions.

Storage: Your original and enhanced images are stored securely in AWS S3 buckets. We retain these images to allow you to download them and view your history.

Deletion: You have full control over your image library. You can delete images at any time, which will permanently remove them from our storage systems.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Key third-party providers include:

  • Stripe: For payment processing.
  • AWS (Amazon Web Services): For secure cloud storage and hosting.
  • OpenAI: For AI image processing capabilities.
  • Resend: For sending transactional emails.
